Report on Ordinance of 1902?
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
An Ordinance to amend The Liquor Licences Amendment
Ordinance, 1900,
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to

the Governor's Instructions.
The object is to increase the fess for liquor licences chargeable under Schedule S of Ordinance 30 of 1900.
The increase is made for purposes of revenue.
